Every order ships from the USA and is tracked door to door. Enter the tracking number from your shipping email and 17TRACK will follow it across every carrier that handles the parcel.

When do I get a tracking number?
Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. Orders placed before 3:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; anything later, at a weekend or on a US public holiday goes out the next business day.
Tracking has not moved in days — is my parcel lost?
Carrier scans often go quiet in transit, especially on international legs, and then catch up in one batch. If tracking has not updated for seven business days, email us: we will open a carrier trace and reship or refund the order.
How long should delivery take?
United States 3–6 business days, Canada and the United Kingdom 6–12, the rest of the world 8–20. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. Free standard shipping applies over $80; express is selectable at checkout.
I checked out as a guest — can I still track it?
Yes. Guest orders track exactly the same way: take the tracking number out of your shipping confirmation email and enter it above. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, then email us with the order number and we will resend it.
