Cancellation Policy

Subscribing means you will be billed automatically on a recurring basis. Charges continue each cycle until you cancel.

You will be billed every 4 weeks.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancelling is quick and does not require talking anyone out of it:

• Manage it yourself: log in and cancel directly from your account — Manage my subscription.
• Email us: scaleruvia@gmail.com.

If you email us, please include your full name and order number so we can process it quickly.
